Ufi android dongle

Is it possible to use Android dongle for flashing Samsung phones such as J530, i9500 etc? Or must I use ODIN samsung tool ?

Thanks for your reply. But why is there a list od Samsung phones in BRAND list in Android dongle program? For what can Android dongle be used with Samsung phones then? I mean can Android dongle be of any help with Samsung phones?
