BMT Dongle register issue (SOLVED)

Hello
New to BMT Pro Dongle.
I cant register SN - always showing wrong sn
Soft issue V43.0 - after start soft in 5sec disappears .

System Windows 10 with all new updates. Step by step from support.

No luck so far.

Good to you. Main one won't. I might do something wrong or need help from support to register sn. Try contact support few hours ago but no luck.

Sorted in half way. fixed SN now is only can't reach this page http://80.82.79.221/filecenter/index.php

My V43.0 soft is still disappears after launch.
