salam, please help. my ffinder serial not being found by the software. i used it on my last two computers and they are no longer with me due to my house burnt. ive installed it on this new one and the software saying serial not found. what can i do to make it work please

hello,
why cant i get support to solve my login issue?

i bought dongle, ffinder worked.

team did update, required to get new serial. i got and ffinder worked.

i updated software to v3.x.x , ffinder worked.

lost both laptops i had due to fire bincident.

got new laptop, installed v4.x.x and ffinder not work

server not recognize my serial number again (maybe because of new laptop) .

ive posted about this problem all week and still no help and no support.

i still have dongle.
i still have old serial.
i still have new serial.

my registered email is : [email protected]

please Admin, help me get the software to work again

should i send both my serials privately to you? i have dongle serial and i have new serial. the new serial was recognized by ffinder software before. now it says serial not found
