Moto g3 I installed driver but error is always showing on device manager fastboot driver was detected but network interface driver error my window is 7 64 bit how can I solve this problem it's urgent....

I can't turn on my phone, because if I try it say ,,Custom binary blocked by FRP". I know I need to flash the firmware of my device with Odin3, but the USB debugging is disabled, so I can't flash the firmware. How to solve the problem?
