Dear User,
Please try to reflash the device and then boot it up from recovery. Then run the IMEI REPAIR and then the PATCH CERT method in Airplane mode. Then reboot the phone and check the result.

Yes this is a common issue with that device. The main reason for that is the Security Patch level. The patch prevents our methods from work. Please try to reflash the device and then boot it up from recovery. Then run the imei repair and the patch cert in Airplane mode.
