hi i havve the same phone galaxy A136u everything went trough but phone is not getting service i did reset it already but phone is not working original metro pcs it works makes phone calls etc but i want to use it on tmobile i insert the unlock code but phone is not working only on at&t network it make phone calls any solution please

The following log appears but it does not restore it nor does it discount the credits

Keep press Vol down and power for 10 Second and see in Device manager device reconnect , than do repair boot in Sim-unlocker ,

Make sure your using window 64 bit and all drivers installed
