Please install HiSuite in your pc it will auto install your all requirement drivers for Huawei Phones then put the phone and dial

1*Background Settings
2*Usb Port Settings
3*And Chose Manufacture Mode

Connect your phone and check your problem will be solved thanks.

so i followed the instructions on Huawei P40 Pro Plus and I still get the same message either way. I have all files but I can't flash them because of this

comment above is correct but not complete, for those new beginner can't understand what they're going to do

to make flash complete without any error

do this

• phone must be in normal mode and connected to pc
• press emergency call
• type the fallowing cone
• ##2846579##

then go to

• 1-Background Settings
• 2-Usb Port Settings
• 3-And Chose Manufacture Mode
• 4-closed

now in software

• open software MRT HW Flash Tool
• load the corresponding app file
• press production mode to recovery (Important)
• wait until phone reboot to recovery mode or flash mode
• click start
• phone will flash the desired file
• done

post the screen shot from your PC,, and what was the problem?

1. Turn On phone
2. Connect cable
3. Turn off phone
4. press and hold vol + and power " to go into recovery mode
5. select update via usb
6. then flash via MRT
