Can't init device, Reason: OCR Ready Timeout Error [Check VCC or eMMC DEAD]

The last three chips I tried to read with my Easyjtag+Moorc showme that error.

I tried through 2 different pc's, and with every combination on volts, speeds...

What am I doing wrong?

You should replace your emmc with new one. (If you are not using ISP pinout)
2nd think is that if you have Samsung emmc then you can try via Test Point.
