Please team try and find a fix for this problem on Qualcomm devices. Many people are complain of this problem but I say drivers. But actual sense is it's not a driver problem
All other quallcom tools work fine except MRT if driver then make your own drivers please.
Many people complain same problem please do something [emoji120]

I had the same problem, I just had to go from version 3.57 to 3.56. after just to mark it well I unzipped the 3.57 and it worked again.
