FRP File & IMEI Repairs Not Found - Help

Hello Support Team,

I received my Jumar’s Dongle after 3 months and I am trying to remove FRP from Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Model-SM-975W Canada. When I plugged in the Jumar Dongle and ran the Jamar’s Dongle software I couldn't find the option to flash and bypass the FRP on the Note 10+.
I also have two blacklisted Samsung Galaxy S9+ phones to fix and repair their IMEI. There was not an IMEI fix or repair option for these two S9+ phones.
Please provide solutions.
