Help help with soft registration

i bought a soft f finder key
I managed to install the software on win 7 after 3 days
when i started soft i typed key, mail, name, phone number and clicked finish
the unstable connection kept writing
after half an hour I reset and now he won't accept the key anymore





I didn't change my mail, I didn't change my computer, I never managed to run soft
how do i register?

Please be patient sir cause this ffinder is the most slow respon team to answer all customer complaint. I brought this dongle from Januari 2020 but till now this dongle should be the best then anything on market but the team is bad. Please be patient sir.
