Help How to identify device?

Now I'm really confused. I bought a bricked Huawei MediaPad M3 BTV-W09, or so I was told. I finally found test point but get errors relating to wrong firmware. The board is clearly marked SH1BTVDL09M VER.A RF HF. So my question is what do I have or need to flash? BTV-W09 is what previous owner said it was and that was what he was flashing when it bricked. Should I be using DL09 Firmware?

FIRST FLASH Board Software_non_chinease!
Write OEM Info according to any firmware cust you want to flash!
and then flash full-OTAMF

Good, the only reliable way and whenever possible is to put the huawei in fastboot mode and it will tell you to mark, model, variable, firmware, cust or region, thank you very much.
