Click ok and check windows notification panel it must be running already

Unable to proceed with the update after OK!
Only select EXIT to close the updater window!
Why does it prompt that the application is running?
Restarting the computer and reinstalling didn't work!!

I have found a solution!
Turn off the internet and enable the tool!
Avoid automatic updates and enable tools directly!
Manually update the tool in the tool and you can use it!
