HypoBox BGA221 Check Socket, BGA254 Identify, but Read,Write,Erase does nothing, broken

Hi,
Hypo Box doesn't work ..., BGA221 doesn't identify at all, broken socket?
BGA 254 Identify, but Next does not work (Read, write, Erase does nothing) is visible in the video. Why?
Does anyone know what the problem is, should I claim the device?

UFI Box all functional BGA221 BGA254, read, write, erase and more, all functional.
