try on another port if still same use other good cable which is connected to box.dont use any hub port,direct connect to pc.

Seems like usb connection issue, as already replied in above, try change the usb cable, plug to different usb port, avoid using usb hub, try to another pc. If problem remain, return to reseller if box under warranty. Otherwise, check the usb port, replace it if possible.

HAVE YOU TRIED DIFFERENT USB CABLE AND CHANGE OF PC PORT. IF THE ANSWER IS YES THEN YOUR BOX USB TERMINAL HAS PROBLEM. TRY TO OPEN AND CHECK LOOSE CONNECTIONS
He has failed in 10 dffrerent PC.
