Not all error 9 can solve using solution, always check everything and do thorough examination

Frankly, iPhone error 9 is common to see when you update the firmware or restore the device using iTunes.
To troubleshoot, try the following solutions:

1. Try another computer
2. Clear History and Website Data
3. Recover iOS system using iOS system recovery
4. Erase all content and settings
5. Restore iPhone in recovery mode

i know, and no one you mention above is working, that's why i post this scenario base on my experience.

Rather than do such a complicated operation, asking Apple Support for help seems like a better choice. Using an iOS system recovery software also a nice choice

i rather see that your post is most likely advertising. error 9 on my case won't ever solve by those such promising software, doing what i posted above is base on my experience, not all apple support will help you at anyhow.

well because ?

1. they need to ask you for a warranty
2. if the device does not cover by warranty then you need to spend too much money on such a problem ( apple support is not cheap as you think )
3. Problem posted above? apple support will suggest you to buy a new phone at that time i posted that solution, not now there is so many choices ,
