I was been using this dongle for a while time but since from three days its not working anymore hope to get some solution

Please use older version of our software to register dongle and inform us if is okay, we will release new version with the problem solved.

MY JUMARS DONGLE WAS WORKING FINE WHEN DOWNLOAD LATEST 1.0.5.3 IT SAYS DONGLE NOT FOUND, I DOWNLOADED OLD VERSION AGAIN TO CHECK BUT NOW EVEN OLD VERSION SAYING THAT DONGLE NOT FOUND. I UNINSTALLED DRIVERS AND REINSTALLED. BUT SOFTWARE STILL SAYS DONGLE NOT FOUND. DONGLE LIGHTS ARE WORKING.
DONGLE SERIAL NUMBER: 837CA53E

PLEASE HELP

hello my dongle is working only with 1.051 version other less or higher version than this gives :EAccess violation ; please give me solution
