but i have problem with either my mrt dongle or new update v3.81
i just bought new mrt dongle at gsmsmart store in chine
when insert into the laptop it installs all necessary drivers
problem rise when i try to open steup exe for mrt
it just show a background of mrt for short time my be a minute and disappear
i try to connect to vpn (vpn gate client) but problem persist
help me what is the problem

have you close your antivirus? if your using win 10 put mrt exe in inclusion,..

Check your internet connection and make sure your date and time are correct.
