Hi thre,

honestly I'm quite upset.

I bought the dongle because it's easy to use and I can use on my different computers based on which one I have available.

Now that I need to use the software, I've installed the latest version and it's asking for the serial and email. is the serial the number of the dongle or what?

just an update, I got the serial number from the shop I bought the dongle before, but it says the email is not registered to it.

how to register my email?

I need to use the dongle ASAP to fix my phone.
