MRT one month old since i bought MRT not a single handset working

i have bought MRT with a big hope to work , but yet not a single mobile able to read or write i had tried to flashing redmi 6a but fail.
yet today too just try to read info on realme c2 but still not able to read mobile info

Friend, always working with v3.95 and this latest version..btw, redmi 6a a bit tricky (need vpn to work together).. good luck
