Pandora cannot detect the phone

If untick the box auth and connect phone directly to, then software is detecting the phone but DA error.

choose box auth and conect phone directly to box, then software cannot detect phone..
i also try another cables pc to box and box to phone but software cannot detect phone..
And i also try 3 different phones and different laptop of windows 7 and 10..
I try vivo y12, tecno spark 4, and infinix hot 8 play.. But software cannot detect phone and after 1 mint software says timeout..
I have all related drivers of mtk cpu.. Like preloader port, v com port
