Hello Dear.
You will be must have installed third party applications
Complete Solution for your problem
1* Go to control panel and uninstall winPcap if you have not installed just install and unistall again & reboot pc check if not fixed follow the second method
2* Virtual Serial Port Driver remove.....C:\Windows\System32\drivers pc restart and enjoy
3* Tick show hidden device in device manager and then check under System Devices or under Universal serial bus controller just delete and reboot
