UFi Please refund 20 credits

I wasted yesterday and today 20 credits(please check my account operations), but phone was in "SYSTEM HAS BIN DESTROYED" condition. Today i do flashing with official Xiaomi account in Xiaomi Service and phone alive. Please refund my spended credits on my account and fix hang on in UFI software when working with credits. Because when i

push identity device-credits gone, but software hang on with errors See pictures attached.. Thank you and B.R.

So for now i have no refund from team.. Sorry to say, but i never buy credits anymore for UFI. Becouse its cheating with user, when cont is tiking, loans were written off, software hang on and stop reaction.. User must close app, but credits already lost and i have not flashing and not working phone.. Its very sad situation, but with my credits i lose trust to UFI team.. Attention for all user-you may have situation like me and you lose credits too.

So in the end UFI team refunded me 10 credits(but i lose 20) and i must say thank for something..
