Thanks, I've downgraded to the last bit 8. But I've used up all my credits. i can't log in to re unlock the phone.

Message : this user does not have enough balance.

I'm topping up credits at he end of the month. what can i do now to get this phone unlocked ? the software already took my last 6 credits for this unlock ?
