no problem agin windows 10.32bit and windows auto update off.....

its win 10 last update problem. i face this issue. now solve by reinstall win 10 64 bit old version. then auto update windows 10 . no need auto update off. no problem
once time initial Android tool box then next time no problem evenly update your OS windows 10 64 bit regularly.

UFI_v1.4.0.1464_setup With Additional Packages Download For New User
Good download both the update and the additional packages once the update is installed you just have to synchronize and it will be updated to the latest version available today, it has nothing else, I use windows 10 64 bits and it works perfectly.
