Same Here also, I followed all steps, but phone still locked. It took me 4 credits, this operation. I send e-mail to support, but no response. At least they should explain why this happens, fix specific model unlocking by updating the tool and give credits back, or let people who performed same operation unsuccessful, do it again for free. Hola me pasa lo mismo sigo todos los pasos al pie de la letra y siempre al darle a la opcion unlock UICC siempre lanza la leyenda

Me contacto con el soporte de Global unlocker y siempre me dan los mismos pasos que en el video y no me resuelven nada aparte tienen un error de codigo en la aplicacion en el contador de creditos ya que ellos te dan pasos y hasta te ponen a reiniciar de fabrica el dispositivo y si vuelves a someter te consume otros 4 creditos aun que tengas deshabilitada la opcion de auto credits, si chateas con ellos te dan los pasos que ya hiciste y nada cuesta que te devuelvan los creditos.

I contact the support of Global unlocker and they always give me the same steps as in the video and they do not solve anything for me apart from they have a code error in the application in the credit counter since they give you steps and even make you restart the device is factory set and if you submit it again it consumes another 4 credits even if you have the auto credits option disabled, if you chat with them they give you the steps you already did and it costs nothing to get the credits back
