FRP and phone is locked is it possible to unlock the device?

USE THIS TOOL IN FASTBOOT MODE
FOR FIXED MRT DELETE IT AND RE INSTALL

1-turn phone off
2-press volume down and connect phone to pc
3-open any huawei box or dongle and press read info
Then paste the info here please

phone has no recovery or fastboot... only vibrate...
history of phone they try to remove frp by tp on free software after that success but phone is dead condition now....
