2. Can the UFI Box be used to perform operations on the eMMC memory of this device?
3. In case it is possible, is it also possible to decrypt the eMMC memory?

Your device has a UFS chip installed. Currently there is no support for UFS 3.1 in the UFI box. The developer has said that its update will come in the future. You can connect it through ISP Pinout. For that you will need a Ufi UFS adapter.
