Removing MDM Lock from Infinix X6516 (Infinix Smart 7 HD) Using Flashing (Free)​

Infinix X6516 (Infinix Smart 7 HD) is a popular mid-range smartphone that is often purchased through installment plans. However, these installment plans often come with an MDM (Mobile Device Management) lock, which restricts users from using their devices until the full amount has been paid. If you have missed any payments or have fully paid off your device, you can use this method to remove the MDM lock and regain full control of your device.

Required Tools:

• A computer with a working USB port
• A USB cable to connect your Infinix X6516 to the computer
• The latest SP Flash Tool software
• Scatter file for Infinix X6516 (Infinix Smart 7 HD)
• MDM file for Infinix X6516 (Infinix Smart 7 HD)
• Miracle Box or similar dongle (Optional)

Instructions:​

Format All Partitions:​

1. Connect your Infinix X6516 to the computer using the USB cable.
2. Download and install the SP Flash Tool software on your computer.
3. Launch the SP Flash Tool software.
4. Click the "Download" tab.
5. Select the "Scatter file" for Infinix X6516 (Infinix Smart 7 HD).
6. Uncheck all pre-checked options except "Preloader" and "DA".
7. Click the "Download" button.

Flash MDM File:​

1. Wait for the SP Flash Tool to complete the formatting process.
2. Click the "Download" tab again.
3. Select the "MDM file" for Infinix X6516 (Infinix Smart 7 HD).
4. Uncheck all pre-checked options except "MDM".
5. Click the "Download" button.

Unlock Bootloader:​

• Wait for the SP Flash Tool to complete the MDM flashing process.
• Connect your Infinix X6516 to the Miracle Box or similar dongle.
• Follow the instructions provided with the Miracle Box or similar dongle to unlock the bootloader.

Wipe Data/Factory Reset:​

1. Turn off your Infinix X6516.
2. Press and hold the "Volume Up" and "Power" buttons simultaneously until the bootloader menu appears.
3. Select the "Recovery Mode" option using the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons.
4. In Recovery Mode, select the "Wipe data/factory reset" option.
5. Confirm the data wipe by selecting the "Yes" option.

Power On Your Device:​

• Once the factory reset is complete, select the "Reboot system now" option.
• Wait for your Infinix X6516 to restart.

Repair IMEI ( Optional ):​

If your device's IMEI number is null or lost after following these steps, you can use a tool like XTC2 IMEI Repair to repair the IMEI number.
