When I want to do a procedure I get the error Network Communication Error The following error had happened while trying to communicate whit our server: SSL error I already uninstalled and reinstalled and I get the same error I also connected to two different internet sources and I get the same error
Dear User,
This means that something changed our certs at your computer, so the tool can not communicate with the server what could that be?- low chimera version- bad internet time- virus- active firewall blocks the communication
Do the following things please to solve the issue:
1. Delete the Chimera Tool and download the latest one.
2. Update your Internet time (adjust time -> internet time-> change settings - >update now)
3. Run a virus search on the computer and then restart the Pc.
4. Shut down the firewall.
5. Then run the Chimera Tool.
