During installation always shown Network Error: Code 60, even downloaded latest installer, same.

This account violated the end user licence agreement even after we unlocked it for the first incident with just a firm warning.
Regardless of how long ago that was, we can only unlock this account if the fee is paid.

am the owner of chimera authenticator i made a mistake on that and I really regret for my mistake but even when if you can check on my account how many work done I have performed not even 20 performed work , please I need one more chance I spend more than 2 years saving so az I can buy chimera authenticator I think its difficult to understand but please one more time I can make it better
