Whats'up dudes.
I've been battling with this for 3 days.
I've loaded BB link on my PC and downloaded both the Autoload-STL100-1 DevAlphaB-10.3.1.997 and the Q10_10.3.01.2267
links you've provided.
I've flashed my BBZ10 STL100-1 with these links several times, but I keep getting the double red flash thing on the device.
It was working fine before - I just couldn't do a security wipe on the phone because I'd forgotten my email and password ages ago.
I want to hand this phone down to my daughter - but I can't do that now because it's pretty much a dead brick.
I had the 10.3.2 software initially. Link tells me to reload the software. Should I re-download 10.3.2 via Link?
I've checked out Crackberry and they state that all BB Z10s made in Mexico (I noticed this on the inside of the device) are problematic. Is that true?

I am in a problem, my Q10anti theft is on, and then I flash it. Now when I go to restart my device. All aplications are lost n like a factory rest.
What can I do sir?

Ok, I've figured this out: Blackberry Z10 STL100-1
Here goes:
Download the Blackberry autoloader from this site.
Once it's downloaded, run Link on your PC and connect your device to the computer.
Run the Autoloader.
If done correctly, your device should load the Operating System.
If done incorrectly, your device will either be blank flashing red lights OR it'll be stuck somewhere during the BB logo screen.
If this happens, go to the BB website and download the lastest OS for your phone.
Once installed - the Anti-Theft Protection will re-appear on your phone.
Now - re-install the autoloader from this website.
And Presto! Your phone works again.
Remember though - don't update your device to a later version. Turn off the Auto-update in your settings.
Also, some icons may not reflect - such as Gallery, File Explorer or Vids.
I downloaded the Android equivalent from PlayStore and it works fine.
