Jumars I want Jumars dongle REFUND.

It has been over 2 years I purchased this dongle for the purpose of using it to reset FRP earlier promised by the DEVELOPER, in whom I had a WHATSAPP chat with.
Over this period of time, this dongle laying down with without giving or servicing its purposes.
I'm now thinking, since the tool was developed by MartView, can I request to be converted to another MartView brands like UFI dongle?.

Same here also my dongle not open and I have full 80 credits totally dissapointed

Hi there,
Yes I`m also have problem with original dongle, my from begining of delivery time has problem with start application.
After refresh dongle reading, show error at running "Access violation at address 0075DA00" and the next after again start software "Access violation at address 0075D9F3 in module" of software.
Also from date of buying I`m not use any credit during software not running properly.
I`m buy this dongle from gsmserver distributors.
What is right solution to fix this error stat software and read credit and registration?
