for any user who had a problem with opening F-Finder Application or problem when try to install F-Finder Installer file (.msi)
please download and install the appropriate supporting files to use F-Finder:
- download visual C++ runtime to your machine or you can use this link to download the file: Visual-C-Runtimes-All-in-One-Mar-2020.zip (if you use this link please extract the file and install the visual C++ runtime via install_all.bat file and follow the installation step)
- install Flashplayer (a problem with this file usually come in windows 7 32/64bit if you use this version of windows or if you use other windows version like windows 8 or latest windows version but have a same problem please download and install flashplayer from: Adobe - Adobe Flash Player Download or flashplayer32ax_id_install.exe)
- Make sure you has already installed Net Framework 4.7.2 runtime in your machine or if you still not install it you can download it from: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...framework-4-7-2-offline-installer-for-windows (NOTE: if you use windows 7 please remember that microsoft have a specified version of windows 7 that could install this version of net framework if you get an error when install it in windows 7 please read system requirement in microsoft forum)
if F-Finder successful installed in your machine, please insert the serial number correctly as example AbC-12345678 please insert as it is without deleting "-" from the text. NOTE: Uppercase and Lowecase of the Serial number is very important.
Insert your email correctly, and please don't lose it also please use your active email address, please remember email address you inserted or registered with a serial number is your security code when re-activated your serial number. if you inserted wrong email address or forget your email address it's beyond our responsiblity
