1- Unlock bootloader.
2- Reset MI CLOUD
3- MI Anti-Relock
4- Remove Mi Account ADB

Relock Fix on wifi connection
After bypassing the account and opening the device without connecting to Wi-Fi, then go to developer options and activate ADB error correction, then go to the program from the Function menu, choose
ADB RESET MCCLOUD 1
And
ADB RESET MCCLOUD 2
ADB RESET MCCLOUD 3
