DC Unlocker STK-L21M 10.0.0.332(C185E6R6P1) dead after downgrade

Phone dead after downgrade by someone to unlock FRP so I try to load and temporally unlock bootloader
flashed STK-L21M 10.0.0.193(C185E3R6P1) and also flashed STK-L21M 9.1.0.351(C185E2R6P1) but still not power on

Looking for a device in fastboot mode

thanks for reply , but dc phoenix do same process and phone boot on fastboot successfully why need another tool
