Check condition C1006 and C1016 ...
to find which one gets shorted ... the ic as source Or The goal circuit ...
Remove The L 1001 for a while ...
IF output pin IC get shorted ... Change the IC
if The Goal Circuit Get Short ... Just give the Line with High Current injection, Check the component getting hot or burned
that's the suspect component
