Test point and flash this Chinese firmware stable V9.6.9.0.OEDCNFD, once degraded, do not panic if it turns the screen black, disconnect the battery and reconnect it and put the xiaomi in fastboot mode, we are going to the device manager and you will see the fastboot driver, use the software to unlock the bootloader, you can also use miracle or umt, it depends on your choice and the credits you have, but you do not need to spend credits.
Once the bootloader is unlocked, what we have left is to return it to miui 10 flash firmware V10.2.1.0.OEDMIFK if it stays in infinite bootloop, we enter the recovery and do wipe, you already have it unlocked bootloader and live the xiaomi.
You only have to install TWRP and custom rom or through custom recovery you remove the apk.

There is also the option to remove the micloud account from xiaomi per server, this method is final and forever and the other is baypass.
