Good evening friend, the same thing happened to me, I had Windows 11, and with Windows 11 it won't work in any version, you must install Windows 10 and it will work 100%.

Windows 11 24H2 is not yet a stable release, so we strongly recommend staying on version 23H2 for now. To prevent automatic updates, please disable Windows Update via services.msc
