Good afternoon, Infinity friends. I bought a used CM2 dongle from a marketplace. The owner sent me a video testing the dongle, saying it was activated for a year. I bought it for the same price as listed online, and since the seller is from the same country (here in Ecuador), I thought it would arrive quickly and be active for a year. The dongle arrived with a piece of paper containing the username and password for the Infinity server. When I installed everything and tried to access the modules, I received a message saying I needed to update the dongle's firmware. After searching extensively, I went to the Infinity website and accessed the server, only to find out the dongle isn't active and was last activated two years ago. At the price I paid, it's now useless. Is there any way the server could help me activate the modules? I'm short on funds and need to use it to repair some cell phones I have, as my... My business is small and I don't have much money. Any promotions I could activate would be greatly appreciated, as it would be pointless to have it and run it during these critical times. You can renew support for your dongle for 1 or 2 years and use latest CM2 software then.

But step #1 - write here your dongle S/N, let's check it before you order support renew.
We have to be sure that Dong;le is well working.
