If you connect it in one mode, it will only count as 1. If you connect it in 3 different modes, it will count as 3.

tried to flash oppo find x2 lite, failed again and again with different firmware files, checked phone connections counted, guess what, 17 counts for 1 phone, i wished i have read this post earlier, Chimera team, please count per each phone, tracked by imei or sn, so frustrated this b/s as it did not work and I lost many counts

Yes, for me, when an operation fails or you just get a routine information, it's one less phone call because of something that wasn't done.....

Dear User,

All the OPPO Qualcomm procedures were counted correctly as 1. You used 60 connections from your licence since you bought it and started 256 procedures.

If the procedure crashes, and you connect the same phone back in the same mode, it will still only count as 1.

You listed a supporting device on the homepage but failed to mention that it only works with certain software versions for that device. If 'each unique connection counts,' does a failed connection still count as a valid one

Have you tried different method option of pop while connecting the device with Chimera choose brand then choose model then you can do your job

However, if the mobile device still fails to connect, that means device running on a newer software version that Chimera does not support.

That is precisely my point. Chimera counts every connection attempt, whether it succeeded or failed, instead of just the successful ones. That logic is just absurd.

Chimera is not currently in favor of changing any plans, or incresing phone connection
My advice to you is to opt for the Professional licence plan.In which you will receive 15,000 phone connections...
