FALSE AND UNSOLVED US Verizon Unbarring

I requested Verizon cleaning service, and it's been 12 days. The dashboard and support said it was already completed, but I contacted GSMA. The device remains blacklisted.

I've already asked support to redo or perform the service, which wasn't done. They refuse, saying it was done, when it was.

The request states it wasn't done.

I've already requested a refund, and they refuse to do the same. I feel like a victim of a scam, and this isn't the first time I've had a problem with this server.
