i need help updating to new email due to the gmail account was not accesible,

After waiting alot new update is here but where is reset password email?
u am trying to reset ky password by email but no mail received for reset password?
i am getting this issue since i activated unlock tool for 1 year.
if cant maintain your tool issue then stop scamming people's with updates.
resolved my reset password isssue otherwise return my money.
