    Help Need Free tool to bypass iPhone 5s

    I have got a iPhone 5s bypassed device. It didn't support sim but I can use wifi to connect and AppStore apps. But after I forcefully reset this device with 3UTools, It now stuck in Activation page "Unable to Activate". I have a windows PC, so can anyone suggest me any free tool to repair/bypass...
