Help İdentify device problem.

Hello guys.

When I open Android ToolBox on the first tab I mean on the fastboot tab, identify device button is active, when I switched to suppose qualcomm mode it is not active. I am selecting brand and model still not becoming active.

how to solve this problem ?

okay. has to be select firmware.
