Hello.
I just bought this dongle. I have been trying to use it for 2 hours, I get this error. Access violation at address 0075DA00 in module 'JUMARSDONGLE_Software_V1.0.7.0.exe'. Read of address 07EF2000.
If someone can help me if not, let me know to return it to get my money back
