Cheetah Tool A025U Unlock done but still cant make calls!

I need help with this phone, its a Samsung A025U from Boost Mobile that I am trying to unlock, the thing is that the tools says that the unlock process is finished but the phone is still showing a notification message that the sim card inserted is not supported and it is not leaving to do any call. What do I have to do now? I already made factory reset but it didn't helped.

Hi! Thanks for the fast response. I ran the unlock process again but the phone is still showing the same symptoms, it is not letting make any call or use any other sim services. The tool charged me another 4 credits also.
