Medusa a107f u8 change emmc ok but cant root

hi.
i have problem with repairing a107f u8 imei.
i changed emmc.just factory reset ,write ext and write pit bl.
i did format 2 addresses for uknown baseband.
the base band is ok but when i want to root the phone it says "custom binary blocked due to remaining installment balance".
i tried with a107f u8 android 10 and chimera repair imei without root.but it always failed




any help or idea will be appreciated

i have same issue right now so i solved via pandora
setp 1 unlock bootloader
step 2 rpmb format
step 3 kg state checking
done
