Cancel the program and reinstall it
Try another computer, preferably 64bit

i try in windows 10 32bit & 64bit
windows 7 32bit
but not working
all other software running perfect

If you are sure that the problem is not in the computers, try
Cancel the program and reinstall it
reset the phone
write full firmware 4file and try again
