Help Aetool can't connecte any oppo

hi evrey one i hoppe you fel good
I have a new aetool box, it does not connect any oppo phone
I tried f11 pro and a5s once soldered the box disconnect, and it connects only if I unplug the phone,
I try with a wiko emmc on support whit rebaling is its normal connection and do full dump ....
help me
if it is a hardware problem i need solution to the box, diagrame or schematic to fix it ... tnx

i have same issue, bought this aetool box,,,,, trying to unlock A3s cph1853, connect jumpers and trying to run the tool yet, no blue/green light shown..... the laptop make sound as the box connects .. but nil green/blue light.... did you manage to fix your problem sir?
